The simplest route to Avenue Farm Industrial Estate is to approach Stratford-upon-Avon on the A3400 Birmingham Road.
From the M40, junction 15, take the A46 South. Stay on the A46 until you reach the A3400. Ignore the A439 (which is signed for Stratford but goes to the wrong side of town).
Avenue Farm Industrial Estate is on the northern outskirts of Stratford-upon-Avon, off the A3400 Birmingham Road.
The entrance to Avenue Farm Estate is flanked by car showrooms. Heading for the town centre on the Birmingham Road, cross over two sets of traffic lights. Look for the car showrooms on the right and turn right, just before a set of pedestrian crossing lights. (If you do overshoot, there is a roundabout shortly afterwards, where you can make a 360° turn.)
If you are heading out of the town on the Birmingham Road, go straight over the roundabout outside the retail park. Then look out for pedestrian traffic lights and be ready to turn left almost immediately into Avenue Farm Industrial Estate.
