Servo hydraulic rotational endurance fatigue test machine with environmental chamber

This machine is used to perform rotational endurance testing. The input head is under angle control vs time and the output head is under torque control vs time. There is also the capability to provide controlled environmental heat to the assembly.

The frequency response of the hydraulics also enables impact testing of the component under test.

• For testing steering column assemblies and drive shafts.

• Rotational speeds up to 250rpm
• Linear hydraulic actuator ± 100mm stroke
• Fitted with environmental chamber with range of +200°C to -100°C with liquid nitrogen.
