600kN Resonant High Cycle Fatigue (HCF) Test Machine

Si-Plan offers new resonant testing machines of our own design and manufacture. Typical sizes are 20kN, 100kN, 200kN, 400kN, 600kN and 1000kN frames.

The 600kN machine illustrated is pictured with collet grips for tension and for through-zero high cycle fatigue, HCF, test work on reinforcement bar, rebar to BS4449.  The machine can also be used configured using 3 point bend tooling for pre cracking fracture toughness specimens.

An additional low range 50kN loadcell allows the test frame to be used at lower loads.

3 point bend tooling for pre cracking toughness specimens is offered as accessories along with specific fixtures enable torsional fatigue tests. Furnace and environmental chambers further widen the testing scope of the resonant machine.
