600kN Resonant Test Machine for Pre-cracking & CTOD

Si-Plan offers new resonant testing machines of our own design and manufacture. Typical sizes are 20kN, 100kN, 200kN, 400kN, 600kN and 1000kN frames.

The 600kN machine illustrated is pictured with 3 point bend tooling for pre cracking fracture toughness specimens. The machine can also be used for tension and for through-zero high cycle fatigue, HCF, test work.

An additional low range 50kN loadcell allows the test frame to be used at lower loads.

Grip and collet systems for rebar, bolt and materials tests are offered as accessories and specific fixtures enable torsion and bending tests. Furnace and environmental chambers further widen the testing scope of the resonant machine.
